摘　　要：我国艺术类大学生在就业思想认知方面存在偏差、不具备正确的就业观念、就业困难、综合素质不高等。为解决这些问题,应该优化培养艺术类大学生的择业观,强化艺术类大学生思想政治教育的关注度,并培养其工作的毅力。The students of art in China have a cognitive bias in the ideas of employment, with no fight employ- ment concept, low employment rate and imperfect overall quality. To solve these problems, it is necessary to optimize the cultivation of art students＇ career outlook, strengthen the attention to the ideological and political education for them and cultivate their perseverance in work.
