摘　　要：对国内大型的创新创业密集区的创新创业环境借助于GEM模型进行比较研究,将其创业环境划分为基础设施环境、科研实力环境、创业文化的提倡与激励、市场需求、中介机构参与及服务、资金支持、产学研的互动、法制保障八大影响模块。通过专家调查问卷的形式回收数据,研究结果表明所用评价指标体系科学合理规范,能够用来评估创新创业环境,最后对创业环境的优化给出建设性意见。This paper on several large domestic innovation business intensive areas in the environment of innovation and starting an undertaking in GEM model comparative study with the help of, entrepreneurial environment division of the incentives for environmental infrastructure and environment of the scientific research strength, entrepreneurial culture advocates and, market demand, intermediaries and service, financial support, research interaction, and legal protection of the eight affected the module. Through the expert questionnaire is recovered in the form. of data. The results show that evaluation index system is scientific and reasonable standard, can be used to evaluate the environment of innovation and starting an undertaking, last of the entrepreneurial environment optimization and give constructive suggestions.
