摘　　要：在当今科技信息时代,创新成为一个地区、国家发展的主要因素,决定着区域乃至国家经济发展速度及质量。以2014年中国区域创新能力报告的数据为基础,分析了我国创新环境与创新绩效两者之间的关系,旨在探索创新环境对创新力和创新绩效的作用机制,进而根据其作用机制提出相应的对策,促进我国各地区创新力的提升。In today＇s information technology era, innovation has become the main factor of national development in a region, determines the development speed and quality of regional and national economy. In this paper, ＂2014＂ China report of regional innovation capability based on the data analysis, the relationship between China＇s innovation environment and innovation performance of the two, to explore the mechanism of innovation environment for innovation and innovation performance, and according to the mechanism and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, to promote the innovation capacity of China＇s regional promotion.
