摘　　要：科技资源是社会进行科技活动、出产科技成果的物质基础。我国近五年来随着市场经济的不断发展,科技资源市场已经发展成熟。本文分别从科技资源市场化配置的规矩和意识两方面进行分析,从而提出切实可行的提高我国科技资源高效配置的政策和建议,以期为我国在新常态下的科技、社会全面进步做出贡献。the resources of science and technology is the social science and technology activities, produce the ma- terial basis for the scientific and technological achievements. In China for nearly five years with the continuous de- velopment of market economy, science and technology resources market has grown up. This paper respectively from two aspects of marketization of resources configuration rules and consciousness of science and technology is analyzed, and then puts forward the feasible to improve China＇s science and technology resources efficient allocation policies and Suggestions, so as to our country under the new norm of science and technology, and to contribute to the sociai comprehensive progress.
