摘　　要：目的探讨内镜联合经脐单孔腹腔镜技术切除胃肠道肿瘤的可行性、安全性及有效性。方法随机选取在我院拟行腹腔镜胃肠道肿瘤手术的患者共180例,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组患者实行内镜联合单孔腹腔镜技术切除胃肠道肿瘤,对照组则采用多孔腹腔镜和开腹手术,观察比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血、术后相关并发症的发生率及其严重程度、术后恢复情况及医疗费用的差异。结果两组患者的手术时间及术中出血量差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组术后并发症的发生率明显高于实验组,而且观察组的满意率高于对照组。结论内镜联合经脐单孔腹腔镜技术切除胃肠道肿瘤有效安全。Objective To study the feasibility and clinical effect of resection of gastrointestinal tumors with endoscope combine single port laparoscopy. Methods one hundred eighty patients with gastrointestinal tumors in our hospital were devided into treatment group( 90 patients) and control group(90 patients). Patients in treatment group was treated with endoscopy combine single port laparoscopy, while those in control group were treated with porous laparoscopic or laparotomy. After the operation, operation time, intraoperatve blood loss, the number of lymph nodes harvested, satisfaction rate in two groups were evaluated. Result Satisfaction rate operation time, intraoperative blood loss in two groups were significantly different(P <0.05 or P <0.01); the rate of postoperative complicationshere in treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion Resection of gastrointestinal tumors with endoscopy combine single-port laparoscopy approach is an effective and safe surgcal procedure with minimal invasion,and quikely recovery.
