摘  要:目的探讨4种根管充填方法的根尖封闭性能。方法 90颗离体单根管前牙于颈部截冠,机用镍钛器械冠向下法进行根管预备。标本随机分为4个实验组,每组20个样本,分别进行冷牙胶侧方加压充填(冷牙胶侧方加压组)、GuttaFlow常温流动牙胶充填(GuttaFlow组)、连续波热牙胶垂直加压充填(连续波热牙胶组)和Resilon/Realseal SE根充系统充填(Resilon组)用染料渗透法结合透明牙法检测各组微渗漏情况。结果冷牙胶侧方加压组染料渗入长度为(2.14±0.41)mm,GuttaFlow组为(1.82±0.26)mm,连续波热牙胶组为(1.27±0.52)mm,Resilon组为(1.09±0.73)mm。4组微渗漏差异具有统计学意义(F=67.08,P<0.001),Resilon组染料微渗漏最少且与冷牙胶侧方加压组和GuttaFlow组的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Resilon/Realseal SE根充系统具有较好的根尖封闭能力。Objective To evaluate the apical microleakage in root canals obturated with cold lateral condensation,GuttaFlow,warm gutta-percha and Resilon/Realseal SE.Methods 90 extracted,human single-rooted anterior teeth were cleaned and shaped to size F3 using ProTaper nickel titanium instruments after decoronation to obtain the same length of root segments.The teeth were randomly divided into four experimental groups,A,B,C and D(n = 20 respectively) and two control sub-groups(n = 5 respectively).The root canals of experimental groups were obturated with(A)cold lateral condensation with AH-plus sealer(B) GuttaFlow with master cone(C) continuous-wave condensation with AH-Plus sealer and thermoplasticized gutta-percha(D) Resilon with self-etch epiphany.The microleakge of the 4 experimental groups and two control sub-groups was evaluated by dyeing and the data was analyzed using ANOVA.Results Group A,B,C,D dye penetration length were(2.14 ±0.41),(1.82 ±0.26),(1.27 ±0.52),(1.09 ±0.73) mm respectively.Mean dyeing depth of group D was shown to be smallest,which was significantly smaller than group A and B(P〉0.05),however,there was no significant difference between the group D and C(P〈0.05).Conclusion Based on the data of this study,apical sealing ability of resilon/realseal SE was shown to be the best though long-term effect has yet to be proved.
