摘 要:目的探讨牙周吸收情况下上颌切牙的应力分布情况。方法采用Micro-CT扫描离体上颌切牙,通过Minfics 10.01软件建立三维有限元模型分别模拟单颗切牙正常牙周支持(对照组)及牙周骨吸收1/3(实验组)的临床情况将数据导入Ansys Workbench 11.0软件中,模拟切端舌侧加载角度分别为0、5、10、15、20°时基牙及牙槽骨的应力情况测定其Von Mises应力值并进行分析。结果对照组在加载角度分别为0、5、10、15、20°时的应力大小分别为15.520、12.007、12.215、16.251、20.586 MPa,实验组在加载角度分别为0、5、10、15、20°时的应力大小分别为65.689、61.689、103.050、145.870、187.600 MPa。牙周吸收情况下的上颌切牙在所有加载角度下基牙和牙周组织所受应力值均大于牙周正常切牙所受应力值。结论牙周吸收的上颌切牙受到外力时其受到的应力值更大,更容易引起冶创伤应当采取合适的方法,降低对牙体及牙周的损害。Objective To analyze the stress distribution of maxillary incisors under compromised periodontal condition.Methods Micro-CT technique were used to scan vitro maxillary incisors,and MIMICS 10.01 software were used to construct three dimensional finite element models of maxillary incisor.Models were divided into two groups,which employed design of incisor in normal periodontal condition(A group) and incisor with 1 /3 periodontal absorption(B group),each group was divided into subgroups according to the loading angle of the tooth,with angles of 0,5,10,15,20°,respectively,to the lingual surface of the incisal edge.Then the data were imported into ANSYS Workbench 11.0 software to obtain the Von Mises values under each loading conditions.Results With loading angles of 0,5,10,15,20 °,the stress of the control group were 15.520,12.007,12.215,16.251,20.586 MPa respectively;while the stress of the the experimental group were 65.689,61.689,103.05,145.870,187.600 MPa respectively.The stress of the tooth structure and the periodontal tissue of tooth with periodontal absorption were higher than that with normal periodontal support.Conclusion Maxillary incisor with periodontal absorption suffered more by external load,it is more likely to cause occlusal trauma.For teeth in compromised periodontal condition,care should be taken to employ appropriate measures to reduce the damages to the tooth.
