摘　　要：目的了解武警基层战士意外伤害发生、急救相关知识和技能，为有针对性地开展意外伤害防治与急救技能培训提供依据。方法对在武警后勤学院进修的537名学员，进行现场无记名问卷调查。结果基层战士意外伤害发生率为23．28％。非卫生类战士意外伤害冻伤最多（22．67％），多发于头颈部（44．44％），主要原因为军事训练（69．51％）；卫生类战士意外伤害皮肤割裂伤最多（35．46％），多发生于上肢（43．33％），主要原因为非军事训练（54．48％）。卫生类战士在心肺复苏和其他意外伤害应对能力方面的得分显著高于非卫生类战士（t=4．321，P=0．001；t=4．865，P=0．001）。在意外伤害预防与急救健康教育传播途径需求方面排在前三位的是科普讲座（74．86％）、专业书籍（48．01％）和广播，电视（47．24％）。结论武警基层战士意外伤害发生率较高，相关急救技能方面的素养偏低。科普讲座、专业书籍、广播／电视等传播方式最受欢迎。Objective To investigate the incidence of accident injuries, first-aid skills, and relevant needs for transmission ways of health education among armed police soldiers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 537 armed police soldiers undergoing further education selected by cluster sampling, all males, aged （22.97 ± 3.15）, 54.56% from rural areas, 68.90% with educational levels of senior high school or college degree, and 51.02% engaged in health work. Results The general incidence rate of accidental injuries was 23.28%. The most common accidental injury of the non-medical professional soldiers was frostbite （22.67%） with the head and neck as the most affected parts （44.44%）, and military training being the main cause （69.51%）. The most common accident injury of the medical professional soldiers was skin laceration （35.46%）, with the upper limb as the most affected part （43.33%）, and non-military training being the main cause （54.48%）. The scores of CPR ability and skills to deal with other accidental injuries of the medical professional soldiers were both significantly higher than those of the non-medical professional soldiers （t=4.321, P =0.001; t=4.865, P =0.001）. Popular science lecture （74.86%）, professional books （48.01%）, and television/radio broadcast （47.24%） were selected as the top 3 effective communication methods for popularization of relevant knowledge. Conclusion The incidence rate of accidental injuries is rather high among the armed police soldiers. To further improve their knowledge level the transmission ways they prefer＇should be used
