摘  要:企业"家文化"是植根于中国传统文化土壤、符合现代企业管理要求的一种新型管理方法。建设企业"家文化"有助于倡导和谐稳定、团结合作的内部氛围,拓展创新进取、勇于担当的外部竞争力。本文通过对"家文化"内涵与意义的解读,剖析家文化建设与企业员工自我激励的关系,探讨如何营造企业家文化氛围,促进员工进行自我激励,实现企业与员工的共同成长。Corporate "Family Culture" is a new management method that is rooted in the soil of Chinese traditional culture and falls in line with modem corporate management requirements. The development of "Family Culture" can shape an intemal atmosphere featured by harmony, stability and teamwork and enable the company to slay competitive externally through constant innovations and commitment to responsibilities. Through a look into the definition of "Family Culture" and its implications, the paper examines the relationship between the development of a "Family Culture" and the self-motivation of employees and discusses how to create a "Family Culture" atmosphere inside a company to further arouse self-motivation among employees, and eventually to grow together with employees.
