摘　　要：国内高技能人才公共实训基地在借鉴德国双元制及新加坡教学工厂模式下正迅速发展,由于各地产业结构,经济发展水平,教育水平不同,尚都处于积极探索发展阶段。江阴市高技能人才公共实训基地结合区域实际,合理定位,合理布局,采取政府、学院、企业三方合作模式,突出公共服务功能,运用合理的管理运行保障措施,确保江阴市高技能人才公共实训基地可持续发展。Public training bases for domestic high skilled personnel are developing rapidly with the help of German dual system and Singapore teaching factory model;however,these bases are in the exploring and developing stage due to different industrial structure,economic development level and education levels.High skilled talents training bases in Jiangyin city adopt cooperation mode of government,college and enterprise based on the rational distribution and orientation of the regional economic development,highlight the public service function,utilize reasonable management and operation safeguard measures to ensure sustainable development of Jiangyin city high skilled personnel training bases.
