摘　　要：美国社区教育在百年发展过程中,逐步积累形成了适合美国经济社会发展需要的鲜明办学特征。同时,其共同治理的教育管理体系、全过程支持的教育管理系统、刚柔结合的教育管理方式等教育管理特色也十分值得研究学习。In the centurial development, American community colleges have gradually accumulated and formed their distinctive features which precisely fit American economic and social development. The co-governance educational administration framework, overall process supported educational administration system, strictness and flexibility integrated educational administration are their advantages that are worthy of study and learning.
