终身教育理念下高职教育改革与发展研究

摘　　要：以终身教育视角打造职业教育发展是如今大势所趋,高职院校如何克服自身困难,把终身教育融入到教育教学改革中是目前研究的热点。本文从专业教育与人文教育的融合、建设"双师型"队伍、发展继续教育、构建职教立交桥、培养学生终身学习能力等方面提出建议。It is the trend of the time to guide the development of vocational education in the perspective of life-long education, and how to overcome their difficulties, how to integrate the life-long education into the reform of education and teaching for vocational colleges are currently hot research points. This paper gives some suggestions such as the integration of professional education and humanistic education, the construction of ＂double-professionally-titled＂ teaching team, the development of continuing education, the construction of vocational education overpass, training students long-learning ability and so on.
