COX-2和PTEN表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的通过分析肿瘤凋亡抑制基因(COX-2)及抑癌基因(PTEN)在胃癌中的表达,探讨其与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法用免疫组化S-P法分别检测淋巴结转移组与非淋巴结转移组胃癌组织PTEN与COX.2表达情况。结果淋巴结转移组及非淋巴结转移标本中COX-2的表达阳性率分别为82.6%,35.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组及非淋巴结转移标本中PTEN的表达阳性率分别为38.5%,85.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2与PTE可能存在相互作用,共同参与了胃癌淋巴结的转移。Objective To investigate the expression of tumor apoptosis inhibiting genegene（ COX-2） and tumor suppressor gene （ PTEN） in gastric cancer and to explore its relationship with lymph node metastasis.Methods The expressions of COX-2 and PTEN were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method in the lymph node metastasis group and non lymph node metastasis group.Results The posi-tive expression rate of COX-2 in lymph node metastasis group was 82.6%,and in non lymph node metastasis group,the rate was 35.7%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the positive expression rate of PTEN in lymph node metastasis group was 38.5%,and in non lymph node metastasis group it was 85.7%,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion There may be some interaction between COX-2 and PTEN and they may be involved together in the metastasis of gastric cancer.
