摘　　要：目的通过进行POCT血糖仪操作培训和室间比对活动提高病案记录中数据的准确性,进而保障临床安全。方法对全院POCT血糖仪操作者进行培训和授权;对80台POCT血糖仪进行室间质评。结果34台罗氏偏倚范围-19.92%^-11.87%全部通过;46台拜安康偏倚范围-40.07%~18.45%,1台复测通过。结论培训及室间质评活动可以提高POCT血糖仪数据可靠性,进而提高病案记录准确性。Objective Through the POCT glucometer operation training and EQA of blood glucose testing to improve the accuracy of the data in the medical records, and ensuring the safety of clinical. Methods Training the operators on blood glucose testing, then authorize after training; 80 POCT glucosemeters were taken external quality assessment. Results All of the 34 Roche glucosemeters bias ranges of-19.92^-11.87% were passed, 46 bayer glucosemeters bias ranges of-40.07~18.45%, one of them passed on the retest. Conclusion EQA of POCT blood glucose testing and the training were helpful on improving the accuracy of medical records.
