摘　　要：[目的]探究蒋健教授亦脏亦腑论治胰腺炎的学术观点。[方法]通过跟师门诊,整理相关病历资料,总结蒋健教授"亦脏亦腑属胰腺"的学术观点,并附以5个临床验案进行佐证。[结果]蒋健教授认为急性胰腺炎、慢性胰腺炎急性发作期需从腑论治,急慢性胰腺炎恢复期需从脏论治或脏腑并治。从腑论治主要有通腑攻下泄热、解毒化瘀,从脏论治主要有健脾益气,脏腑并治则是综合运用以上诸法。5个临床验案分别从胆源性胰腺炎的预防、胰腺炎的急性发作、恢复期、慢性胰腺炎等角度来进行探讨论证,疗效确定。[结论]当患者缺乏临床表现、难以进行一般常规的辨证论治时,蒋健教授"亦脏亦腑论治胰腺炎"的学术观点,有助于把握正确的治疗原则与方法,提高治疗的针对性与疗效。[Objective]To analyze Professor Jiang Jian＇s academic view of pancreatitis treatments based on Zang-fu theory.[Method]Based on related cases as well as summaries of Professor Jiang＇s clinical experience and academic thoughts, this article explores Professor Jiang ＇s academic view that the pancreas shares a common ground with both Zang and Fu in physiological and pathological features, and lists 5 related cases to corroborate the claim,which puts forward the point that pancreatitis treatments should be based on the TCM Viscera Theory.[Result]Acute pancreatitis and chronic pancreatitis in acute stage should be treated in the theory of Fu, while pancreatitis in recovery stage should be treated in the theory of Zang, or both Zang and Fu. The way of treating in the theory of Fu includes purifying Fu-organs to eliminate heat,detoxifying and removing blood stasis;The way of treating in the theory of Zang mainly includes strengthening the spleen and replenishing Qi. And the way of treating in the theory of both Zang and Fu is just integrating all the methods above.In the 5 proven cases listed in this article, the points above are discussed in different aspects, including the prevention of biliary pancreatitis, the acute stage of pancreatitis, the recovery stage of pancreatitis and chronic pancreatitis.[Conclusion]In the cases when patients are lack of typical clinical manifestations, the academic view of treating pancreatitis in the theory of Zang-fu viscera helps to master the correct principles and methods of treatments, so as to make the treatments more oriented and improve the therapeutic effects.
