摘　　要：目的探讨显微手术治疗大脑镰旁脑膜瘤的方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2007年1月～2010年10月显微手术治疗的10例大脑镰旁脑膜瘤患者的临床资料。结果按Simpson切除脑膜瘤分级标准,SimpsonⅠ级切除8例,SimpsonⅡ级切除2例,无手术死亡。6个月~4年随访均未见复发。结论应用显微神经外科手术治疗大脑镰旁脑膜瘤,肿瘤全切除率高,并发症少。Objective To explore the method and effectiveness of microsurgical treatment for parafalcine meningioma. Methods The clinical data of 10 cases of cerebral falx meningioma patients were analyzed from January 2007 to October 2010. Results According to the Simpson classification, Simpson I was 8 cases and Simpson II was 2 cases. There was no death. After 6 months to 4 years follow-up study, no recurrence was found. Conclusion Falx meningioma resection under microscope can gain high total resection rate, low complictions.
