内镜下黏膜切除术联合钛夹治疗大肠广基大息肉102例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下黏膜切除术联合钛夹治疗大肠广基息肉的临床疗效。方法 102例经内镜下黏膜切除术联合钛夹治疗大肠广基大息肉患者,分析治疗效果及随访情况。结果 102例患者的所有广基大息肉均一次性成功切除,13例出现术中少量出血,电凝充分止血后停止;术后16例患者出现腹部隐痛,程度轻微不需要特殊处理。术后未发现便血情况。术中及术后未发生穿孔等并发症情况。术后3、6个月复查结肠镜,均未见复发。结论内镜下黏膜切除术联合钛夹治疗大肠广基大息肉能完整切除病灶,未发生严重出血及穿孔等并发症,该治疗方法安全有效且操作简便。Objective To discuss endoscopic mucosal resection with titanium clip therapy the clinical curative effect of sessile colorectal polyps. Methods 102 cases with endoscopic mucosal resection combined sessile colorectal polyps patients treated titanium clips, analysis of treatment effect and follow-up. Results 102 patients were all sessile colorectal polyps are one-time successful resection, 13 cases with intraoperative bleeding, electric coagulation hemostasis after stop, 16 cases of postoperative patients with abdominal dull pain, lightly don＇t need special treatment. Found no postoperative hematochezia. Intraoperative and postoperative without complications such as perforation. Review of colonoscopy postoperative 3, 6 months, recurrence was not found. Conclusion Endoscopic mucosal resection combined therapy with titanium clip essile colorectal polyps can complete removal of lesion, there was no serious bleeding and perforation of the complications, the treatment is safe and effective and easy to operate.
