浅析新中国成立以来历版统编《方剂学》教材的出版背景及沿革

摘　　要：方剂学作为中医学的基础主干课程,其教材的编写和修订备受中医学界关注。通过分析建国60多年来共7版统编《方剂学》教材的出版背景,介绍每版教材的主要内容,并与以往教材进行比较。《方剂学》各版统编教材均是在时代发展、学科进步以及教学改革的影响及需求下,由主管部门领导,全国中医药院校的方剂学专家领头或共同完成。分析得出,一二版教材变化不大,三版教材由于其处于特定的历史时期,所以与其他版教材相比较变化较大,四版教材之后,教材格局相对稳定,只是章节以及方剂数量上稍作调整。TCM formulas is an important basic course of Chinese medicine, thus compilation and revision of its course book has always attracted attentions of the medical field. This paper analyzes 7 editions of the course book since foundation of new China. Publishing background and main contents of each edition are introduced. Comparison is conducted between different editions. All editions of course book are found to be published for needs of development of times, progress of discipline and educational reform. Compilation and revision of the course book are jointly finished by administrative leaders and specialists of TCM formulas from famous colleges and universities. Little change is found in the first two editions. But there is a big change in the third edition due to some specific historical reasons. Since the fourth edition, the structure of the course book has been relatively fixed, with small adjustment in certain chapters and numbers of formulas.
