摘  要:本试验旨在探讨不同能量水平饲粮中添加脂肪酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响。试验采用2×3因子试验设计:饲粮消化能水平分别为14.04、13.72和13.41 MJ/kg,脂肪酶添加量分别为0和2 U/g。试验选用90头平均体重为(6.43±0.57)kg的28日龄健康"杜×长×大"断奶仔猪,按体重随机分为6个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复3头猪。试验期28 d。结果如下:饲粮添加脂肪酶显著或极显著降低了仔猪料重比,血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05或P<0.01),具有提高干物质、粗蛋白质和总能的表观消化率趋势(0.05<P<0.10),对平均日采食量和平均日增重无显著影响(P>0.05)。降低能量水平显著提高仔猪平均日增重和平均日采食量(P<0.05),分别极显著和显著降低干物质和总能的表观消化率(P<0.01或P<0.05)。能量水平和脂肪酶对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分表观消化率和血清生化指标的影响均无显著交互作用(P>0.05)。综上所述,在本试验能量水平下,饲粮添加脂肪酶降低仔猪料重比,促进脂质代谢,具有提高养分表观消化率的趋势。This experiment was conducted to assess the effects of lipase supplemented in the diets with different energy levels on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets. The experiment used a 2 ×3 factorial design with three levels of digestive energy( DE,14. 04,13. 72 and13. 41 MJ / kg) and two levels of lipase( 0 and 2 U / g). Ninety 28-day-old "Duroc×Landrace×Large Yorkshire"weaned piglets with body weight of( 6. 43 ±0. 57) kg were assigned to six treatments with 5 replicates per treatment and 3 pigs per replicate for a 28 d feeding period. The results showed as follows: lipase supplementation significantly reduced ratio of feed to gain( F / G),serum contents of total cholesterol( TC),triglyceride( TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol( HDL-C) and lowdensity lipoprotein cholesterol( LDL-C) of piglets( P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01),and tended to improve the apparent digestibility of dry matter( DM),crude protein( CP) and gross energy( GE) of piglets( 0. 05〈 P〈0. 10). However,there were no significant effects on average daily feed intake( ADFI) and average daily gain( ADG) after lipase supplementation( P〉0. 05). ADG and ADFI of piglets were significantly improved( P〈0. 05),and the apparent digestibility of DMand GE were significantly decreased( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01) by decreasing dietary DE levels. There were no significant interactions on growth performance,nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical indexes of weaned piglets between DE levels and lipase. Summing up,under the DE levels of the present experiment,lipase supplementation decreases F / G,promotes lipid metabolism,and tends to improve the nutrient apparent digestibility.
