摘　　要：随着医学科技的发展,人们在取得成果的同时,也面临着许多问题,基础研究和临床研究的严重脱节,造成大量经费投入产生的成果难以真正用到临床,基础与临床存在着鸿沟,这种背景下,转化医学应运而生.转化医学的产生,促进了各国从国家层面形成医学发展战略,促进了医学多学科多方位的发展,促进了转化医学科研机构的产生,在一定程度上加速了成果的转化.相比欧美国家,我们的转化医学发展处于起步阶段,面临着许多亟待解决的问题,应重点从加强转化医学的统筹协调和支持、建立完善的转化医学人才培养体系、建设高效统一的信息共享服务平台等方面入手,加强我国转化医学的顶层设计和布局,推进转化医学发展.With the development of science and technology,many scientific achievements were gained,while a lot of problems emerged at the same time,for example,the expansion of gap between basic research and clinical research,the difficulty of clinical application of basic research achievement,all these promote the development of translational medicine.The appearance of translational research not only promote the formation of medical development strategy at the national level and the development of multiple disciplines,but also push the formation of the medical scientific research institutions on translational research and speed up the transformation of important achievements.Translational medicine in China is in the initial stage,and the top design and layout need to be increased through making overall coordinate and support,estabilishing a perfect training talent and the establishment of uniformed information platform,and so on.
