摘  要:动力吸振器由于结构简单、性能稳定、经济性好而得到了广泛研究,传统动力吸振器受自身结构限制,工作频带狭窄,对于变频激振,减振性能会大幅降低,严重制约了吸振器的使用范围。磁流变弹性体作为一种新型智能材料,其刚度可通过外加磁场控制。基于磁流变弹性体的动力吸振器可通过调节外加磁场控制自身刚度,进而拓宽吸振器工作频带,提高其减振性能,这对工程实践具有重要意义。本文设计并研究了基于磁流变弹性体的变刚度动力吸振器,通过仿真及实验证明,其明显拓宽了吸振器的减振频带,达到了设计目的。Dynamic vibration absorber( DVA) has been widely researched as it is simple,stable and economic. Traditional dynamic vibration absorber is limited by its structure parameters,so that the working band is narrow which influences its performance seriously to varying excitation that restricts its range of application. As a new smart material, the stiffness of magnetorheological elastomer( MRE) can be controlled by applied magnetic field which through it. The dynamic vibration absorber based on magnetorheological elastomer widen the working band by controlling the stiffness though adjusting external magnetic field to improve the performance which will be of great importance in engineering. This paper has designed and studied of variable stiffness dynamic vibration absorber based on magnetorheological elastomer.The simulation and experiment proved that it widen the working band of dynamic vibration absorber obviously and achieve the design purpose.
