应用Stroop色词测试研究抗震止痉胶囊对帕金森病患者执行功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察抗震止痉胶囊对帕金森病患者执行功能的影响。方法:将帕金森病患者随机分为抗震止痉胶囊治疗组30例和多巴胺替代治疗对照组35例,2组在年龄、受教育程度、MMSE评分及病程上相匹配,治疗8周,应用Stroop色词测试评估2组治疗前后执行功能情况。结果:2组治疗8周后Stroop测试评分较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),抗震止痉胶囊组Stroop测试评分较对照组显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:抗震止痉胶囊可以改善帕金森病患者执行功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Kangzhen Zhijing Capsule on the executive function in PD patients.Methods The Stroop color-word test was conducted on 30 PD patients treated with Kangzhen Zhijing Capsule and 35 PD patients only with basic drugs. These two groups were matched for age, years of education, mini-mental state examina- tion scores and course of PD. The Stroop color-word test scores were compared between the two groups before and after 8 weeks treatment. Results The Stroop color-word test scores of these two groups both raised after treatment （ p〈0.05 ）, and the scores of Kangzhen Zhijing capsule group improved significantly （ p〈0.05 ） compare with the basic drug group after 8 weeks treatment. Conclusion Kangzhen Zhijing capsule can improve the executive function of PD patients.
