结直肠癌患者术前改良肠道准备方法应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌患者术前简便、安全、有效、快速的肠道准备方法.方法:将210例结直肠癌患者随机分为A组(n=80)、B组(n=50),C组(n=80).A组术前1 d 2:00 pm(术前18 h)口服208.68 g复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道;B组术前1 d8:00 p m(术前12 h)口服208.68 g复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道;C组术前1 d 8:00pm(术前12 h)口服208.68 g复方聚乙二醇电解质散清洁肠道,术前2 h开塞露40 m L入肛.3组患者手术前晚均进流质饮食,术前8-12 h禁食,4 h禁饮水,手术前1 h行结肠镜检查并定位.对3组患者肠道清洁度及耐受性进行比较.结果:C组肠道清洁满意度优良率高于A组和B组(97.50%vs 83.75%,88.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).B、C组患者对肠道准备的耐受性评价为优的高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:复方聚乙二醇电解质散联合开塞露用于结直肠癌患者术前肠道准备能显著提高肠道的清洁效果,且简便、安全、有效、快速.AIM：To evaluate the clinical effects of an improved method of preoperative bowel preparation for colorectal cancer patients.METHODS：Two hundred and ten colorectal cancer patients were randomly divided into three groups：A,B,and C（n = 80,50,and80,respectively）.Groups A,B and C were given oral compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder（208.68 g） 18 h,12 h and12 h before operation,respectively.Group C was additionally given 40 mL glycerine enema into the anus 2 h preoperatively.All patients ate a liquid diet the night before operation and were forbidden from drinking water 4 h before operation.Then the patients underwent colonoscopy 1 h before operation.Intestinal cleanness and patient tolerance were compared among the three groups.RESULTS：The rate of intestinal cleaning was significantly higher in group C than in groups A and B（P〈0.05）.The tolerance was significantly better in groups B and C than in group A（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION：Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder combined with glycerine enema is a simple,safe,effective and rapid method for preoperative bowel preparation in colorectal cancer patients.
