摘　　要：通过对板坯连铸机丝杠式结晶器跑锥现状及调宽系统的结构分析,得出了造成锥度偏差的原因,提出了精度改进措施及结晶器合装后检测调宽系统累积间隙的方法,规范了生产备机中锥度的测量要求,解决了结晶器在运行中的锥度偏差问题。The structure of screw type mold width adjustment system for slab caster are analyzed,the causes of the taper deviation are obtained,the measures to improve the precision and detection method of accumulated clearance after assemble and specifications for operation method for measuring taper are put forward. The problems of the mold taper deviation have been solved.
