摘  要:目的建立测定醉螺中锑的微波消解-原子荧光法。方法样品经微波消解处理后,用硫脲-抗坏血酸-碘化钾作为还原掩蔽剂,采用氢化物-原子荧光法进行测定。结果方法的检出限为0.012 59μg/L,在0~60μg/L范围内,相关系数r=0.999 5,回收率为92.7%~105.1%,相对标准偏差为1.91%。结论微波消解-氢化物原子荧光法测定醉螺中的锑操作简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于醉螺中锑含量的测定。[ Objective] To develop a method for determination of stibium in liquor-saturated Bullacta exarata by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[ Methods] Samples were digested by microwave, with thiocarbamide-ascorbic acidpotassium iodide as the masking reagent, and the stibium content was determined by hydride occurrence atomic fluorescence spectrometry.[ Results] The detection limit was 0.012 59 μg/L, the correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999 5 in the range of 0-60 μg/L,the r ecoveries were between 92. 7 % and 105. 1 %, and the relative standard deviation was 1. 91 %.[ Conclusion] The microwave digestion-hydride occurrence atomic fluorescence spectrometry is simple and rapid in the determination of stibium in liquor-saturated Bullacta exarata, the result is precise and believable, and the method is suitable for detecting stibium in liquor-saturated Bullacta exarata.
