摘　　要：目的研制科学、实用、快速、准确的金山区突发化学品泄漏事件卫生应急信息资源库,提高该地区应急反应和指挥决策能力。方法 2014年1—12月调查上海市金山区化学品生产、运输、储存、使用情况及废弃的企业、化学品和卫生应急管理信息,研制突发化学品泄漏事件卫生应急信息资源库的查询系统,开发能运行于Windows 2000/XP操作系统的数据库。结果研制开发了包括化学品企业管理信息查询系统、化学品管理信息查询系统、卫生应急管理信息查询系统和化学品相关标准信息查询系统构成的"金山区突发化学品泄漏事件卫生应急信息资源库"。结论该资源库可为行政部门提供直现的信息和决策支持,为应对突发化学品泄漏事件提供科学依据。[ Objective] To develop the scientific, practical, rapid and accurate health emergency information databases for chemical leakage emergency and improve the ability of emergency reaction and quick decision-making in Jinshan District of Shanghai.[ Methods] The status of chemicals production, transportation, storage and using and the management information of abandoned enterprise, chemicals and health emergency in Jinshan District were investigated from January to December in 2014.The query system of health emergency information databases for chemical leakage emergency was developed, and the database which can run on the Windows 2000/XP operating system was exploited.[ Results] The information search systems of chemical enterprise management, chemical management, health emergency management and chemical related standards which constituted the health emergency information databases for chemical leak emergency in Jinshan District were developed.[ Conclusion] This database can provide information and decision supporting for executive branch, provide scientific basis for dealing with chemical leakage emergency.
