摘 要:目的观察MTAD联合Nisin抗菌肽等冲洗剂对根管内粪肠球菌的抗菌效果。方法在50颗离体牙上建立粪肠球菌根管内感染模型,培养21d。分为A、B、C 3个实验组和2个对照组,实验组分别用MTAD/Nisin抗菌肽、5.25%次氯酸钠/17%EDTA、复方氯己定含漱液冲洗。在冲洗前、后分别用吸潮纸尖插入根管内进行细菌取样并培养计数。所有实验样本分别浸泡在各自冲洗液中5min,用慢钻磨取样本的牙本质碎屑置于BHI琼脂板上培养48h,记录感染粪肠球菌的样本数量。结果冲洗前各组根管内细菌数量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。冲洗后,A、B、C组根管内细菌数量均低于阳性对照组,A组低于B、C组,B组低于C组(P<0.05)。A组感染样本数低于阳性对照组、B组和C组(P<0.05)。结论 MTAD联合Nisin较5.25%次氯酸钠/17%EDTA和复方氯已定含漱液对粪肠球菌有更优越的抗菌性能。Objective The in vitro study was to assess the antimicrobial efficacy of different irrigants such as MTAD/Nisin against E.faecalis in contaminated root canals.Methods Fifty single rooted extracted human teeth were inoculated with E.faecalis and incubated for 21 days.The samples were divided in two control groups and three experimental groups irrigated with MTAD/Nisin;5.25% NaClO/17% EDTA and compound chlorhexidine gargle.The bacteria samples were collected with sterile paper points before and after the instrumentation.After washing,the samples of experimental groups immersed in MTAD/Nisin,5.25% NaClO/17%EDTA and compound chlorhexidine gargle for five minutes.Dentin shavings were taken with slow drilling.Shavings were collected on BHI agar plates and incubated for 48 hours.Then,we recorded number of samples with E.faecalis.Results The bacterial culture counts of different groups before rinsing showed no significant difference in the number of bacteria in the root canal(P〉0.05).After washing,A,B and C group were lower than the positive control group;A group was less than B,C group;B group was less than C group(P〈0.05).The number of samples infection in A group was lower than positive control group,B group and C group(P〈0.05).Conclusion These findings suggest that MTAD/Nisin possesses superior bactericidal activity compared with 5.25% NaClO/17%EDTA,compound chlorhexidine gargle against E.faecalis.
