摘　　要：目的研究CD44st和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用荧光定量PCR和免疫组化法分别检测106例NSCLC组织及其30例对应的癌旁组织中CD44st和MMP-2mRNA和蛋白表达,分析其与临床病理学特征的关系。结果 NSCLC组织中CD44st和MMP-2mRNA和蛋白表达均高于癌旁组织(P<0.01)。CD44st与MMP-2mRNA表达呈线性相关(r=0.966,P<0.01)。CD44st和MMP-2 mRNA表达与患者组织病理类型、淋巴结转移及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05),而与性别、年龄、分化程度及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。CD44st和MMP-2高表达患者术后2年无疾病进展生存率均低于低表达患者(P<0.05)。结论 CD44st和MMP-2在NSCLC组织中高表达,在NSCLC进展中发挥重要作用,可能成为NSCLC预后判断和治疗的新靶点。Objective To investigate the expressions and clinical significance of CD44st and matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）. Methods The mRNA and protein expressions of CD44st and MMP-2 were detected by qRT-PCR and immunohistochemistry assay in 106 cases of NSCLC tissues and 30 cases of tumor-adjacent normal tissues. The correlation between the expressions and clinicopathologic characteristics was analyzed. Results The mRNA and protein expressions of CD44st and IVIMP-2 in NSCLC tissues were higher than those in tumor-adjacent normal tissues（P〈0. 01）. There was a linear correlation between mRNA expressions of CD44st and MMP-2 （r=0. 966, P〈0. 01 ）. The mRNA expressions of CD44st and MMP-2 were significantly correlated with pathological type, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging （P〈0. 05）, but were not relevant to sex, age, differentiation degree and tumor size（P〉0. 05）. Compared with the patients with low expressions of CD44st and MMP-2, the progression-free survival rate in 2-year follow-up was decreased in the patients with high expressions of CD44st and MMP-2（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion CD44st and MMP-2 are highly expressed in NSCLC tissues,which play an important role in the development of NSCLC and may serve as the new targets for therapy and indicators for predicting the prognosis.
