摘　　要：目的观察肠愈宁颗粒治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床疗效。方法对41例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组21例和对照组20例,治疗组采用自拟方剂肠愈宁颗粒联合美沙拉秦进行治疗,与单纯性西药对照组20例进行比较,观察治疗前后炎症活动指数及肠镜下黏膜改变。结果通过炎症活动指数的变化,反应治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组肠镜改变均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药"肠愈宁颗粒"治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Chang Yu Ning Granula in treating ulcerative colitis. Methods41 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the treatment group of 21 cases and a control group of 20 cases,the treatment group adopts more Ning Granule Combined with beautiful salad Qin treatment prescription gut,with simple western medicine comparison group 20 cases,changing the inflammatory activity index and endoscopic mucosa were observed before and after treatment. Results The treatment group of inflammatory activity index was significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; treatment group colonoscopy change were superior to the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Chang yu ning could treat wlcerative colitis effectively.
