腹腔镜辅助大肠癌手术50例

摘　　要：目的比较分析50例大肠癌患者行腹腔镜手术的手术情况和临床疗效,探讨腹腔镜对于大肠癌手术的重要辅助作用。方法分析93例大肠癌患者的临床资料,按照患者行手术治疗的不同方法将患者分成腹腔镜组(50例)和开腹术组(43例),比较观察组间患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生率及总体治疗有效率,探讨腹腔镜应用于大肠癌手术中的临床优势。结果与开腹术组相比,腹腔镜组患者在术中的平均出血量更少、所需手术时间及住院康复时间更短,且具有显著差异(P<0.05),同时,腹腔镜组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于开腹术组(P<0.05),其治疗总有效率也明显高于开腹术组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术具有微创、安全、易于患者术后恢复、复发率低、并发症少等临床优势,但腹腔镜手术对主治医师的手术技巧和手术策略要求较高,且该类手术往往具有特征适应症类型,同时需谨慎操作、杜绝失误,方能够取得理想的临床治疗效果。Objective To comparative analysis of 50 cases line of laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer and clinical curative effect,discusses the important supporting role of laparoscopy in colorectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data of 93 patients with colorectal cancer,according to different methods of surgical treatment to patients into laparoscopy group（ 50 cases） and laparotomy group（ 43 cases）,comparative observation group patients between the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,postoperative complications,and overall treatment efficiently,explore the clinical superiority of laparoscopy applied in colorectal cancer. Results Compared with open surgery group,the average blood loss in patients with laparoscopic group in fewer,shorter operation time and inpatient rehabilitation time needed for,and it has significant difference（ P〈0. 05）,at the same time,the incidence of postoperative complications in patients with laparoscopic group was obviously lower than open surgery group（ P〈0. 05）,the total effective rate is significantly higher than the open surgery group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery of patients with minimally invasive,safe and easy recovery,low recurrence rate,less complications such as clinical advantages,but laparoscopic surgery techniques and strategy of the attending physician demand is higher,and the surgical indications types tend to have characteristics,need to be careful operation,eliminate errors at the same time,the party can obtain ideal clinical effect.
