紫杉醇与紫杉醇脂质体治疗乳腺癌的疗效及安全性对比研究

摘　　要：目的对紫杉醇与紫杉醇脂质体在治疗乳腺癌过程中的疗效和安全性进行对比和研究。方法选取2012年12月~2014年12月收治的乳腺炎患者64例为实验研究的对象,根据患者的治疗意愿将患者分为运用紫杉醇脂质体联合阿霉素实施治疗的观察组（n=32）和采用紫杉醇联合阿霉素治疗的对照组（n=32）,对比分析两组患者的疗效和安全性。结果观察组患者皮疹、肌肉痛、面部潮红和呼吸困难等不良反应的发生率均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者治疗有效率以及恶心呕吐、血小板减少、白细胞减少和谷丙转氨酶升高、谷草转氨酶升高等不良反应发生情况上无明显差异,不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论紫杉醇与紫杉醇脂质体治疗乳腺癌的过程中效果相当,但是紫杉醇脂质体的皮疹、呼吸困难、肌肉痛和面部潮红等不良反应的发生率明显较紫杉醇低,具有更好的安全性,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective To compare and analyze the efficacy and safety of paclitaxel and paclitaxel liposome in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 64 cases of breast cancer patients who treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the subjects. and the patients were divided into observation group（ n = 32,treated with liposomal paclitaxel and adriamycin） and the control group（ n = 32,treated with paclitaxel and adriamycin）. The efficacy and the safety of two groups were comparatively analyzed. Results The incidence of adverse reaction of skin rashes,muscle pain,facial flushing and breathing difficulty in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There were no significant differences in the efficacy and the adverse reactions,such as nausea and vomiting,thrombocytopenia,leukopenia and alanine aminotransferase elevation and aspartate transaminase elevation,between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions The effect of paclitaxel and paclitaxel liposome in the treatment of breast cancer is considerably,but the incidence of skin rashes,breathing difficulty,muscle pain and facial flushing and other side effects of paclitaxel liposome were significantly lower than those of paclitaxel,paclitaxel liposome has better safety,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
