摘 要:通过乙炔—空气火焰原子吸收法测定了荔枝草中Mg、Fe、Pb、Ni、Cu、Mn 6种微量元素。结果表明,荔枝草含微量元素丰富,其不同部位中各种元素含量不同,Mg的含量最大,重金属Pb的含量超出国标125倍。同时,通过营养价值分析方案测定了荔枝草中粗蛋白、粗灰分和水分的含量,结果表明,荔枝草的可食部分粗蛋白含量为28.8%。荔枝草中微量元素含量丰富,粗蛋白含量高,具有较高的营养价值,开发利用前景广阔。The determination of Mg, Fe, Pb, Ni, Cu, Mn, etc. 6 kinds of trace elements in salvia plebeia by using atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that salvia plebeia is rich in trace ele- ment, and the different contents of the various elements come from the different parts of salvia plebeian. The Mg content is the most abundant, The content of Pb has excess levels, is 125 times of the International Standard. Through nutritional value analysis method the content of crude protein, crude ash and moisture in salvia plebeia were determined and analyzed, the results showed that the trace element content in salvia ple- beia is rich, the crude protein content is 28.8%, has high nutritional value. The foreground of development and utilization was vast.
