摘  要:将吐温80或磺化聚砜(SPSF)加入聚砜-聚乙二醇400-二甲基乙酰胺(PSF–PEG400–DMAc)体系,共混制成均一铸膜液,采用浸入沉淀相转化法制备聚砜中空纤维超滤膜,考察吐温80或SPSF对聚砜中空纤维膜的亲水改性效果。对膜结构、铸膜液黏度、纯水通量、截留率、拉伸强度等进行了表征。研究结果表明,SPSF相比吐温80对膜的亲水性改善更明显。当SPSF质量分数为1.5%时,就可将PSF中空纤维膜的纯水通量提高一倍以上,膜纯水通量达到302 L/(m^2·h),对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的截留率达到93%。The hydrophilic additives Tween80 and sulfonated polysulfone(SPSF) added in the PSF–PEG400–DMAc system, which polysulfone hollowfiber membrane was prepared via spinning and immersion precipitation phase inversion method. In order to improve the hydrophilic of polysulfone hollowfiber membrane, the different content of Tween80 or sulfonated polysulfone were adjusted. The modified membrane was characterized by SEM,the viscosity of the polysulfone casting solution, pure waterflux and retention rate of bovine serum albumin(BSA) were studied. The results show that sulfonated polysulfone is more effective than Tween 80. The pure waterflux of the membrane with 1.5% SPSF increases due to more thandouble, is 302 L/(m^2·h), the retention rate for BSA reaches 93%.
