摘  要:针对高速铁路大跨度桥梁的特点,总结该类桥梁用系列高性能结构钢的研发与应用。采用低碳多元微合金化的成分设计、TMCP工艺,在京沪高速铁路南京大胜关长江大桥上研发应用了Q420qE高性能结构钢,钢种晶粒细化、软相铁素体和硬相贝氏体组织适度,结构钢具有较高的强度、良好的低温韧性和焊接性能。采用类似的技术路线,在沪通长江大桥上研发应用了Q500qE高性能结构钢。继2个钢种成功应用后,采用低碳微铌合金化成分研发了Q370qE高性能结构钢作为钢桥大量使用的最基本的用材。Q370qE-Q420qE-Q500qE系列高性能结构钢成功研发,并已经在桥梁里程碑式工程上得以应用。With reference to the characteristics of the long span high-speed railway bridges,the development and application of the serial high-performance structural steels for the bridges are summarized.For the Nanjing Dashengguan Changjiang River Bridge on Beijing-Shanghai HighSpeed Railway,the Q420 qE high-performance structural steel has been developed and applied,using the design of the low carbon multi-element micro alloying compositions and the thermo-mechanical control process(TMCP).The grains of the structural steel are refined,the soft phase ferrite and hard phase bainite structures are appropriate and the structural steel has high strength,good low temperature toughness and weldability.Along the similar technical path,the Q500 qE high-performance structural steel for the Hutong Changjiang River Bridge has been also developed and applied.Following the successful development and application of the two grades of the structural steels,the Q370 qE high-performance structural steel has been further developed,using the low carbon micro niobium alloying compositions and the structural steel now becomes the most essential steel that is widely applied to the steel bridges.The serial high-performance steels of the Q370qE-Q420qE-Q500 qE have been successfully developed and have been already applied to several bridges of the milestone significance.
