摘 要:长期食用镉含量超标的大米是一个严重的健康问题,特别是以大米为主食的产米地区的消费群体。因此,大米中镉元素的快速检测成为目前人们关注的焦点。介绍一种能量散射X射线荧光光谱(ED-XRF)快速测试方法:对稻谷进行简单预处理(脱壳和粉碎),用XRF光谱仪直接测定米粉中的镉元素,分析了仪器的检出限(LOD)、方法定量限(LQD)、准确性、台间差、稳定性等性能。方法检出限为0.030 mg/kg,定量限为0.14 mg/kg,完全满足GB2762—2005食品中污染物限量标准(<0.20 mg/kg);准确性、台间差、稳定性等性能测试结果完全符合GB/T 4889—2008数据的统计处理标准。且该方法预处理时间不超过2 min,完成一个样品的检测时间不超过15 min,该方法能够满足大米中镉元素的快速检测需求。Prolonged consumption of rice containing elevated cadmium(Cd) levels is a significant health issue particularly in subsistence communities that are dependent on rice produced on-farm. So, rapid detection of cadmium in rice has become a focal point at present by us. A rapid Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer(ED-XRF) test method is introduced in this paper. One sample pretreatment method of cadmium in rice is used, and cadmium in rice powder is tested directly by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. Performance parameters such as limit of detection(LOD), Limit of quantity determination(LQD), accuracy, difference between the analysis instruments and reproducibility, were studied also. The LOD of ED-XRF and LQD of this method are 0.030 mg/kg, 0.14 mg/kg respectively. The test results of performance parameters(accuracy, difference between the analysis instruments and reproducibility) are line with the standard statistical treatment of date of GB/T 4889—2008. The pretreatment time and test time of samples are no more than 2 min, 15 min respectively. The method can meet the rapid test requirements of cadmium in rice.
