摘　　要：SPECT/CT是一种将SPECT的功能特异性和CT的解剖特异性有机融合的分子影像装置,SEPCT/CT融合显像有助于更好地理解疾病的病理生理和诊断,为疾病的定位和定性诊断提供客观依据。本文介绍了SEPCT/CT融合显像在恶性肿瘤骨转移、原发骨肿瘤、良性骨骼疾病诊断中的优势,并指出其在肿瘤与非肿瘤疾病尤其是骨骼疾病的诊断、治疗方面有着广阔的应用前景。SPECT/CT（Single-Photon Emission Computed Tomography） is a hybrid molecular imaging device integrated the functional specificity of SPECT with anatomic specificity of CT, which can be used to facilitate the understanding of physiology, pathology and diagnostic information of the disease and provide objective foundations for its localization and qualitative diagnosis. This paper made an introduction of the advantages of application of SPECT/CT fusion imaging in diagnosis of malignant tumor bone metastasis, primary bone tumor and benign bone diseases, pointing out that SEPCT/CT fusion imaging might have wide application prospects in diagnosis and treatment of tumors and nononcological diseases.
