摘　　要：通过对教研常用仪器设备的统筹管理服务模式进行深入思考,革新现有的管理机制,提出对教研常用的仪器设备由设备管理部门组织预算、统一申报、统一购置、统一管理、统一维护,进一步形成规范的统筹管理机制。新的管理服务机制不但提高了学校资产配置预算的科学性、时效性和准确性,而且有力促进了学校资源配置从资源使用型向资源效益型的转变,保障学校资源有效配置健康快速发展。Through deep consideration on the integrated management service mode of the commonly-used teaching and research instruments, this paper reformed the existing management mechanism, and put forward an effective solution to further form a standardized integration management mechanism, i.e. the integrated management shall be organized by the equipment management department to perform unified reporting, purchasing, acceptance and maintenance for the commonly-used teaching and research instruments. This new mechanism not only improved the scientific nature, timeliness and accuracy of the asset allocation budget, but also effectively promoted the transformation from resource utilization to resource efficiency. It ensured the effective allocation and the healthful and rapid development of the resources.
