摘　　要：从介绍食用菌工厂化生产的概念出发,对食用菌工厂化生产的趋势、特点及条件进行阐述,并从菌种的获得、栽培方式与出菇管理及病虫害综合防治等方面详细阐述了食用菌工厂化生产流程。Starting from introducing the concept of factory production of edible fungus, the trend, characteristics and conditions of edible fungus factory production were discussed. Moreover, the factory production process of edible fungus was elaborated in detail from the following aspects, including diversity gain, cultivation mode, mushroom management and integrated pest management, etc.
