摘　　要：应用Quintic Biomechanics现场录像对比分析软件和3D三维动作解析软件,辅助三维测力台相结合的方法,对吉林省青少年男子举重队6名优秀运动员的抓举动作进行生物力学诊断和评价,为其改进技术动作、提高运动成绩提供科学依据。Application Quintic the live video contrast analysis software and 3D motion analysis software, the aided three dimensional force measurement and Taiwan combined method, snatch action of Jilin Province youth men＆#39;s weightlifting team of 6 athletes were biomechanical diagnosis and evaluation, change it into action, improve athletic performance provides scientific basis.
