摘　　要：为探讨妊娠期高血压（hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy, HDCP）疾病对其子代1岁内的运动和智能发育变化的影响，将2010年11月——2011年6月入院生产的孕产妇的活产婴儿列入追踪对象。说明 HDCP 子代婴儿期的运动和智能发育依然落后于正常妊娠组婴儿，但已有改善。因此，对于 HDCP 患者子代，更应该注意预防保健和定期检查。To investigate the effect of hypertension disorder complicating pregnancy （HDCP） on their offspring in motor and intelligent development changes in first year after birth, the live birth newborns in the hospital from November 2010 to June 2011. Were investigated. The motor and intelligence development of HDCP offspring are still slower than the normal pregnancy offspring, but the development level has been improved. So for HDCP offspring, it should be paid more attentions to health care and regular examination.
