结肠癌中HCCR和Survivin的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨HCCR与Survivin在结肠癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选取30例正常结肠组织和75例结肠癌组织,利用免疫组化法检测HCCR和Survivin蛋白的表达,通过分析二者在正常结肠组织和结肠癌组织中的表达水平及其与临床表现的关系,了解其表达及临床意义。结果 HCCR在正常组织阳性表达率为3.3%,结肠癌组织中阳性表达率为70.7%,两者比较差异有显著意义（χ~2=38.893,P〈0.05）,其阳性表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移情况、Dukes分期有关（P〈0.05）。Survivin在30例正常组织均呈阴性表达,在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为78.7%,两者比较差异有显著意义（χ~2=53.870,P=0.000）,其阳性表达与分化程度、淋巴结转移情况、Dukes分期有关（P〈0.05）。HCCR在癌组织中与Survivin的表达呈显著正相关（γs=0.308,P=0.007）。结论 HCCR和Survivin在结肠癌组织中表达异常,其与癌组织的发生、发展密切相关。Objective To explore the expression of HCCR and Survivin in colorectal carcinoma tissues as well as their clinical prognostic significance.Methods The expression of HCCR and Survivin in 75 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissue and 30 cases of normal colorectal tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemistry method further investigate the relationship between the HCCR and Survivin expression level with colorectal carcinoma.Results There were 1cases of HCCR positive express in 30 cases of normal colonial tissues,the positive rate of expression was 3.3%,there were 53 cases of HCCR positive express in 75 cases of colorectal carcinoma tissues,the positive rate of expression was 70.7%,the difference was obvious（ χ~2= 38.893,P〈0.05）.The positive expression of HCCR was correlated with differentiation grade,lymph node metastases and Dukes＇ stage（ P〈0.05）.Survivin was expressed negatively in all of the normal colorectal tissue,the positive rate of which in colorectal carcinoma was 78. 7%,the difference was obvious（ χ~2= 53.870,P = 0.000）.The positive expression of Survivin was related to differentiation grade,lymph node metastases and Dukes＇ stage（ P〈0.05）.The expression of HCCR was significant and positively correlated with that of Survivin in colorectal cancer（ γs = 0.308,P = 0.007）.Conclusion The deregulation of HCCR and Survivin expressions may correlate to the occurrence,development of colorectal carcinoma.The combined detection of HCCR and Survivin may have important significance for the determination of the biological behavior of colon cancer.
