摘  要:目的观察不同年龄段人工繁育的笼养青幼年猕猴的眼屈光生物学参数,为近视的动物模型研究提供科学依据。方法 33只健康猕猴,6个月月龄之前均与母亲一起单笼母乳喂养,6个月后均单笼饲养,所有活动均在笼内进行。猕猴分为3组:6个月月龄组(5只)、18个月月龄组(13只)、30个月月龄组(15只)。分别采用电脑验光曲率仪、眼科A超测量仪、角膜超声测厚仪,对3组猕猴眼(共66只眼)的屈光度、角膜曲率、眼轴长度、角膜中央厚度等屈光生物学参数进行测量。结果 66眼中共筛查到50只近视眼,近视眼数比例高达75.8%,其中6个月月龄组近视眼比例为30.0%[屈光度为(1.14±2.03)D],18个月月龄组80.8%[屈光度为(-1.50±1.14)D],30个月月龄组86.7%[屈光度为(-2.23±1.11)D],随年龄增长近视比例及近视度数逐渐增加,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);各组猕猴眼角膜中央厚度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);眼轴长度随年龄的增长而不断增长,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01);6个月月龄组角膜曲率最大,与其他两组比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),18个月月龄组与30个月月龄组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论人工繁育并笼养的青幼年猕猴眼自发性近视发生率很高,且其角膜曲率、中央角膜厚度和眼轴长度的变化规律和人类非常接近,可作为良好的近视动物模型。Objective To observe the refractive biological parameters of different ages, artificial breeding and captivity, youth and childhood macaques, in order to provide scientific basis for the study of animal models of myopia. Methods 33 macaques were together with their mothers and breastfeed before 6 months of age in single cages, and in single cages after 6 months and all activities were carried out in the cages. They were divided into three groups: 6 months group (5 macaques), 18-months group (13 macaques) and 30 months group (15 macaques). The diopter, corneal curva- ture, axial length and central corrneal thicknesson were measured by computer optometry curvature meter, ophthalmic A super meter and ultrasonic corneal thickness in three groups (66 eyes). Results Among 66 eyes, there were 50 myopia eyes and the myopia number proportion was as high as 75.8%, in 6 months group the myopia number proportion was 30.0%[diopter was (1.14±1.03) I)], in 18 months group myopia number proportion was 80.8% [diopter was (-1.50±1.14) D], that in 30 months group was 86.7% [diopter was (-2.23±1.11) D]. The proportion of myopia and the degree of myopia gradually increased with age increasing, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). The central corneal thickness of three groups was compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05). The axis length increased with age increasing, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). The corneal curvature of the 6 months group was the largest, corapared with other groups, the differences were statistically significant (P 〈 0.01), those in 18 months group and 30 months group were compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P 〉 0.05).Conclusion The spontaneous myopia incidence rate is very high in artificial breeding and captivity, youth and childhood macaque eyes. The change rules incorneal curvature and the central corneal thickness and axial length are very close
