摘  要:目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定艾附暖宫丸中芍药苷、阿魏酸的含量。方法 采用Sinochrom ODS-BP(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈︰0.03 mol/L NH4Ac(含0.25%甲酸)(13︰87),流速:0.9 m L/min,检测波长:230-321 nm,柱温:30℃。结果 芍药苷在5.2-41.6μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.998 32(n=5),平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.07%(n=9);阿魏酸在0.489-3.916μg/m L范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 716(n=5),平均回收率为96.8%,RSD=1.05%(n=9),4批样品中芍药苷平均含量分别为1.41、1.38、1.51、1.72 mg/L,阿魏酸平均含量为0.90、0.86、0.60、0.74 mg/g。结论 本法简便﹑准确﹑灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为艾附暖宫丸的含量测定。Objective To establith a novel method for simultaneous determination of peoniflorin and ferulic acid in Ai- funuangong Pills by HPLC method. Methods Sinochrom ODS-BP column (4.6 mmx250 mm, 5 μm) was used, with acetonitrile: 0.03 mol/L ammonium acetate (including 0.25% methanoic acid) (13 : 87) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.9 mL/min with the detection wavelength at 232-312 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. Results The linear range of peoniflorin was from 5.2 to 41.6 Ixg/mL (r = 0.998). The average recovery was 100.5% (RSD = 1.07%). The linear range of ferulic acid was from 0.489 to 3.916 μg/mL (r = 0.9997). The average recovery was 96.8% (RSD = 1.05%), in the 4 grups,the average content of peoniflorin was 1.41, 1.38, 1.51, 1.72 mg/g, ferulic acid was 0.90, 0.86, 0.60, 0.74 mg/g. Conclusion The method J s simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible and may be potential criterion for the quality control of Aifunuangong ?ills.
