多西他赛周疗法联合同步放疗治疗食管癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多西他赛周疗法联合同步放疗治疗食管癌的临床疗效安全性分析。方法选取我院2012年4月-2015年4月收治的食管癌患者共78例,按照入院时间顺序随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组接受单纯放疗,观察组接受多西他赛周疗法联合同步放疗,比较两组患者食管癌治疗效果、不良反应。结果观察组患者食管癌治疗有效率为85.0%,明显高于对照组有效率57.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者白细胞下降、血小板减少及外周神经毒性发生率分别为15.0%,17.5%,2.5%,明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ-2=8.2878,7.9826,6.5714,P〈0.05）;两组患者放射性食管炎、肝肾功能损伤的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论多西他赛周疗法联合同步放疗治疗食管癌疗效优于单纯使用放疗,未明显增加不良反应,安全有效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy analysis of docetaxel safety week therapy combined with radiotherapy in treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 78 patients with esophageal cancer in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the time of admission. The control group received radiotherapy,patients in the observation group was received weekly docetaxel therapy combined with synchronous radiotherapy,two groups of patients with esophageal cancer therapeutic effect and adverse reactions rate were compared. Results The effective rate of esophageal cancer in the observation group was 85%,significantly higher than 57.9% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The decrease of white blood cells,the decrease of blood platelets and the incidence of peripheral neurotoxicity in the observation group were 15.0%,17.5%,2.5%,significantly lower than those in the control group,with signifignt difference（χ-2=8.2878,7.9826,6.5714,P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients with radiation esophagitis,liver and kidney damage, the incidence rate was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The docetaxel weeks therapy combined with synchronous radiotherapy treatment in esophageal cancer is better than radiotherapy alone therapy,and not show a significant increase adverse reactions. It is safe and effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
