摘　　要：目的 研究宫颈病变采用HPV联合宫颈液基细胞筛查的价值。方法 2014年10月~2015年10月宫颈病变患者88例,按数字随机法分组。44例接受HPV检测,进入对照组;余44例接受HPV联合宫颈液基细胞筛查,进入实验组。结果 组间相比,对照组的检出率84.09%,实验组的检出率90.91%。实验组的检出率较高,筛查准确度、敏感度较高,假阳性率较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 HPV联合宫颈液基细胞筛查宫颈病变价值较大,对疾病早期筛查有重要意义。Objective Value of HPV combined with cervical liquid based-cells in screen for cervical lesions. Methods Chose 88 patients of cervical lesions who are treated in hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 and separate them into 2 groups according to random digit method,44 patients in control group are given HPV testing,and 44 patients in study group are given HPV combined with cervical liquid based-cells testing. Results The detectable rate in control group is 84.09%,study group is 90.91%,besides,study group had higher detectable rate,more accurate screening,higher sensitivity,less false positive rate,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）. ConclusionThere have great value in testing of cervical lesions with HPV combined with cervical liquid based-cells,it is quite significant to screen illness in early time.
