摘 要:目的:观察益生元对使用抗生素的颅脑损伤病人营养状况、肠道功能及免疫功能的影响。方法:对58例确诊为肺部感染需要使用抗生素治疗的重型颅脑损伤病人进行对照研究,其中对照组使用常规肠内营养(EN)治疗,试验组在常规EN外再添加益生元制剂20 g,3次/d。观察两组病人治疗第1、10和第20天的营养相关指标和免疫指标变化。并记录在治疗期间两组病人腹部症状及对EN的耐受情况。结果:两组病人营养相关指标及免疫指标无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但试验组病人消化道症状发生率明显低于对照组,对EN的耐受性明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益生元制剂有助于改善使用抗生素的颅脑损伤病人腹部症状以及对EN的耐受性。Objective: To observe the effect of prebiotics on the nutritional status,intestinal and immunologic function in patients with brain injury receiving antibiotic therapy. Methods: 58 severe brain injury patients with pulmonary infectious complication were randomly divided into two groups: the control group( the conventional enteral nutrition therapy),and the test group( microbiological enteral nutrition),for 20 days. The nutritional and immunological indicators were observed and the abdominal symptoms and tolerance to enteral nutrition were also recorded. Results: No statistical difference was observed in nutritional and immunological indicators between the two groups( P〉0. 05). There was significantly lower rate of gastrointestedinal symploms and better tolerance in test group. Conclusion:Compared with the general formula enteral nutrition,prebiotics enteral nutrition can help to improve abdominal symptoms and enteral nutrition tolerance in the patients with brain injury receiving antibiotic therapy.
