摘　　要：腮腺腺鳞癌是一种罕见的高度恶性肿瘤,本文报告1例发生于61岁男性患者的腮腺腺鳞癌,并结合文献对其临床和病理特征、诊断和治疗等进行讨论。Oral adenosquamous carcinoma is an uncommon highly malignant tumor.We reported a case of adenosquamous carcinoma of the parotid gland in a 61-year-old male patient.We found the tumor was composed of both true squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma with a significant rate of lymph node metastasis,and the 5-year survival rate is low.
