进口葡萄酒供应链物流绩效评价——基于国际货运代理企业视角

摘　　要：为了考察国际货运代理企业在进口葡萄酒供应链中的物流绩效,设计了一个基于SCOR模型的评价体系。首先对整个进口葡萄酒的供应链流程进行了概述,在此基础上梳理了进口葡萄酒产业的各部分成员以及各成员之间的关系,并着重分析了国际货运代理企业在供应链中所扮演的角色及其重要性。随后,从国际货运代理企业的角度出发,在计划、生产、仓储、运输、关务等五个供应链的基本流程上定义了物流服务品质、物流时效性、物流成本、物流生产能力等四个总体评价指标,并详细设计了第二、三层的具体评价指标,旨在为国际货运代理企业考核其物流绩效提供参考。In this paper, in order to observe the logistics performance of the international freight forwarding enterprises on the wine import supply chains, we designed an SCOR-based evaluation system. First we introduced the wine import process, then went over the members of the wine industry and their interrelationship, and focused on the important role of the international freight forwarding enterprises in the industry. Next, from the perspective of the international freight forwarding enterprises, we designed the general evaluation index system of the service quality, timeliness, cost and production capacity of the supply chain and then designed the detailed secondary and tertiary evaluation indexes.
