摘　　要：目的:在2009年国家自然科学基金课题(30873471)结果的基础上,采用独立样本t检验及Logistic回归分析方法,探讨胃癌肝胃不和证与生物学基础之间的关系。方法:采用独立样本t检验及二分类Logistic回归分析,对466例1097次胃癌肝胃不和证患者的临床常用各项生理生化指标进行观察分析。结果:通过独立样本t检验及二分类Logistic回归分析方法检验,发现对胃癌肝胃不和证术前、术后及化疗前、化疗后最有影响力的指标是:CD_3^+CD_8^+T细胞/淋巴细胞、Neu%、尿比重、CEA、Neu%、酮体。结论:胃癌肝胃不和证与生物学指标之间具有一定的相关性,构建他们之间的关系,对提高中医辨证的准确性、建立客观化辨证标准具有很好的效能。Objective： Based on the 2009 National Science Topics（ 30873471） results and by using independent samples t- test and Logistic regression analysis,to investigate the disharmony between stomach and spleen and the relationship with the biological basis. Methods： By two independent samples t- test and Logistic regression analysis,466 cases of disharmony between stomach and spleen patients＇ 1097 times of various physiological and biochemical analysis were commonly observed. Results： The regression analysis tested by independent samples t- test and two classification Logistic regression analysis found the most influential indicators of gastric cancer of disharmony between spleen and stomach sydnrome before and after surgery as well as before and after chemotherapy are CD_3^＋CD_8^＋T cells / lymphocytes,Neu%,specific gravity,CEA,Neu% and ketone bodies. Conclusion： Gastric cancer of disharmony between spleen and stomach syndrome and biological indicators have some relevance. Building relationships between them and improving the accuracy of TCM have a good performance for establishing the objective criteria syndrome.
