福建省创新型企业发展的政策效应与优化研究

摘　　要：福建省创新型企业经过近10年的发展后遇到瓶颈,政策是影响创新型企业发展的主要外部因素之一。现有政策存在的不足导致创新型企业发展后劲不足,有必要从财政政策、税收优惠政策、人才政策、科技成果转化政策、政府采购政策等方面优化创新型企业的政策体系,促进创新型企业的持续创新。The innovative enterprises in Fujian Province encounter bottlenecks through the development of nearly ten years. Policy is one of the main external factors that affect the development of innovative enterprises. The shortage of the existing policy has resulted in the development inadequacy of innovative enterprises. It is necessary to optimize the policy system of innovative enterprises from the aspects of fiscal policy,tax incentives,talent policy,technical achievement transformation policy,government procurement policies and so on,so as to promote the continuous innovation of the enterprises.
